The above conditions are being experienced in #NorthernSamar, #Masbate(PioV.Corpuz, Esperanza, Placer, Cataingan, Palanas, Dimasalang, Cawayan, Uson), #Albay(RapuRapu), #Sorsogon(Castilla, CityOfSorsogon, PrietoDiaz, Gubat, Barcelona, Bulusan, SantaMagdalena, Irosin, Matnog, Casiguran, Juban, Bulan, Magallanes), #Catanduanes(Virac, Bato, SanAndres, Viga, Gigmoto, Panganiban, Baras, SanMiguel), #OrientalMindoro(CityOfCalapan, Baco, Naujan and SanTeodoro) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
